St Elizabeth’s is situated in 68 acres of Hertfordshire parkland between Harlow and Bishop’s Stortford. We support people with Epilepsy and other complex needs from the age of 5 through to 78 in our Children’s Home, School, College and Residential Adult Home with nursing and Day Centre. Position: Evening Care Support Worker
Location: Much Hadham, Hertfordshire (Commutable from Bishop’s Stortford, Welwyn Garden City, Harlow & surrounding areas)
Job type: Part Time, Permanent
Hours: 9.75 hours per week, 2 to 3 evenings per week, Monday to Friday 5pm to 9:30pm with alternate Saturdays.
Salary: £8.30 to £8.93 per hour

About the role:
An excellent opportunity has arisen within our day service provision, which aims to provide a wide ranging programme of work, learning and leisure opportunities for residents with epilepsy and learning difficulties.
We are looking to recruit a permanent Evening Care Support Worker for 2 to 3 evenings per week, Monday to Friday 5pm to 9:30pm with alternate Saturdays. We also have casual roles available if you’re unable commit to a regular shift pattern.
You will work as part of a dynamic team, delivering leisure and recreation activities for adult residents and clients on day placement. Our objective is to ensure meaningful engagement and for individuals to participate and achieve their planned outcomes.
Experience of working in a care environment is essential for this role.
