Watersheds concentrates on helping its clients to make money by buying and selling shares in private companies and raising finance to grow their businesses. We handle acquisitions, disposals, management buy outs, management buy ins and fund raising for clients across all sectors. 

We are a team of commercial, innovative and dynamic finance experts and we are looking for a new person to join our team, to help open a new office in the North London area. Could this be you? If so -read on! You will be a qualified accountant who has worked within mergers and acquisitions. You will be used to working on a number of deals at a time. You may be bored with the typical accountancy role and want a role that offers you more. Still interested – excellent. 

For this role you will need: 

- To be qualified as an accountant, CIMA, ACA or ACCA 
- Experience within industry, with responsibilities for buying and selling companies 
- High levels of professionalism and integrity 
- Drive and desire to take a new and challenging role and make it your own. 
- Management experience would be an advantage but not essential. 

Your role initially will be to quickly learn our business while negotiating the terms of transactions and project manage them through to completion. The work is interesting, challenging and there is no routine. You will be based at first in Northampton before moving to the new North London Office.
