You will oversee the development and delivery of the Inspired Directions programme as well as our Additional Needs programmes in mainstream schools.
Working closely with the Chief Executive, you will lead a team of 10 teaching staff including a curriculum specialist and SENDCo, and Learning Mentors, to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the school.

Educated to degree level and with experience of supporting SEND students, you will be passionate about young people’s development and progression, as well as the development of your team.
With strong project management skills and a positive approach, you will be skilled at juggling priorities and developing positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
We have already started gathering ideas and stakeholder input for our new programme, and with a creative approach to meeting the needs of a range of young people, together with your team you will design and implement our new curriculum for launch during the new academic year.
