About the role: 

The O2 Security team are looking for a Senior Control Room Operator. 

You will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of control room duties and services, including; alarm response, CCTV monitoring, Access and Egress control, Communication links, liaising as appropriate with the Venues Management, the Managing Agent, Tenants for the Entertainments District & Peninsula Square (ED&PS), Emergency Services, other Law Enforcement Departments, Local Government and Transport Services. 

You will support the delivery of the Emergency Planning Strategy and Plan in conjunction with the appropriate authorities and colleagues and ensure you comply with the control room operational security standards and the relevant Data Protection and Human Rights requirements. 

About you: 

We are looking for someone with previous Control Room experience and an understanding of working in a busy customer service environment. 

With experience of using radios, access control systems and operating and managing CCTV systems / data, you will be committed to working to high standards and providing the highest level of visitor care. 

A team player with a flexible and positive attitude to work, you will have a strong track record in building good working relationships across diverse business areas and functions, both internally and externally. 

You will need to be able to work flexibly across a 7 day week and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
