This is a fantastic opportunity to join our successful team based in Cheltenham. The Projects Co-ordinator is key to supporting our customers. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will work alongside our customers, suppliers and colleagues to scope, design and project manage office fit outs, re-designs, and moves, minimising disruption and enabling our customers to maintain concentration on their business. 

About you: 

Knowledge of project management technique is crucial with relevant experience in office moves and retail fit-outs being preferred. 

Experience of Autocad software is desirable although training will be given. Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel is essential. A knowledge of health and safety in the workplace is also vital. 

You must be geographically mobile and willing to travel, therefore a valid driving licence is paramount. This role will have multiple demands on your time and could see you managing projects throughout the UK. There may be a need for work to be done outside of normal working hours. 

The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills and a natural affinity and diplomacy for liaising with diverse stakeholders. Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and a passion for improving our business are important. 

We are particularly looking for a robust individual keen on working collaboratively with the rest of the team and on their own initiative, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
