We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our diverse team, providing support for people with mental health and learning disabilities.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week 
Salary: £13.65 per hour / £26,690 pa

About the role: 

As a Deputy Manager you will support the Manager in the day to day operation of the Supported Living service, which would include deputising in their absence and being responsible for the supervision and line management of staff. You will be accountable for monitoring, maintaining and providing the highest standards of clinical / personal support and service delivery, whilst promoting independence and choice for our Customers. 

About you: 

- Have a level of professional development and registration. 
- Have experience of providing direct personal and social care. 
- Be experienced in managing a team of support staff. 
- Have experience of working with customers who have physical and / or learning disabilities.
