You will have experience working within a busy a contact centre, so understand the importance of working to service level agreements (SLAs) whilst ensuring you are positive and friendly with your customers. You are the first point of contact for incoming queries and have a polite, calm manner that naturally puts people at ease; particularly when they might have worries or concerns.
You are familiar with a modern customer service environment, where contact is primarily over the telephone but could also be through email, online chat, social media and you understand the importance of maintaining a consistent approach across all channels.
You will be eligible for discounted holidays, involved in competitions and incentives (with great prizes), hot drinks, fresh fruit, cakes and snacks. You will also get involved with monthly social events, seasonal parties and will receive full induction training in your first weeks.
We are looking for applicants that are able to start on 17th June 2019 and without leave booked for the 4 week training period thereafter.
