Position: IVR Business Analyst
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience

As our call centre continues to grow in size and the number of inbound calls received increases, we are looking for an IVR Business Analyst to join our team. This role is key to our understanding of our call flow and customer behaviour. You will play a key role in finding workable system solutions which can be implemented quickly and effectively for the business.
You will have experience working with CTalk IVR solutions or something similar. This experience will be backed up with a certification in software development and Level 1 & 2 IT service desk experience.
You will have a strong customer focus and have high levels of commercial awareness.
Managing key stakeholder and 3rd party relationships will be a strengths as you will be working and engaging with all levels across the business.
