About the role: 

The role of the Dynamics CRM Consultant is pivotal to the success of our clients’ CRM projects and therefore to Perfect Image. You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and have experience in supporting or implementing CRM solutions. You must have a strong understanding of the Dynamics CRM product. 

You will also be able to lead initial pre-sales consultation with the clients, assisting with the creation of sales proposals, presentation and demonstration skills and the management of the resultant project through to a successful implementation. 

The Dynamics CRM consultant needs to be willing to learn, or have previous experience in solutions that are complimentary to Dynamics CRM, such as Scribe, Microsoft Flow, Microsoft PowerApps and ClickDimensions. This is a customer facing role; therefore you must have excellent communication and presentation skills, and maintain on-going relationships with clients. 

Responsibilities: 

- To work with clients at a strategic level, helping to shape business priorities and to determine the resultant systems requirements. 
- Document business and systems requirements to the required level of detail and in an appropriate format. 
- To take on principal responsibility for pre-sales consulting in larger opportunities. 
- Adept at applying systems definition and project management techniques to all client situations. 
- Understand a client’s business imperatives and to consult with the client on how to shape projects to meet those imperatives. 
- Document business and systems requirements to the required level of detail and in an appropriate format. 
- Co-ordinate across teams to provide accurate work estimates and to develop and communicate customer proposals with the appropriate level of sales message. 
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams, including client personnel, to work co-operatively in the planning, management and delivery of agile development projects. 
- Work closely with other team members, providing guidance and assisting in our goal of continuous improvement. 
- Keep abreast of changes and opportunities in the technology marketing. 

About you: 
- Experience of CRM solutions with a desire to learn Dynamics CRM and utilise this knowledge to design, develop and implement systems that support the growth of our varied clients. 
- Good understanding of at least one of the major add-on solutions for CRM such as SCRIBE, ClickDimensions, Field Service or Portals for Dynamics. 
- Fully conversant with the firm’s methodology and is able to apply this in everyday work. 
- Have developed strong sales techniques. 
- An ability to express technical subjects in terms appropriate to the audience, which may include client senior executives, managers and end-users. 
- An ability to help clients to formulate and articulate their business requirements and in translating these into systems requirements. 
- Ability to think clearly, and to write clear documentation which is sufficiently detailed, unambiguous and complete. 
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. 
- Starts to mentor less experienced consultants. 
- Facilitate cooperation within the consulting team and teams across the firm.
