About the role: 

AAK are seeking to appoint a Packing Operator to join the Runcorn Manufacturing Team, working a Monday - Friday 3 Shift pattern. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a multi-purpose role ensuring timely and effective production flow. 


- Conduct and improve line setup and changeovers. 
- Consistently ensure optimum food safety of all products on the production line, including correct segregation of Allergens. 
- Ensure safe working practice whilst maintaining CCP and PPE compliance. 
- Assist with shift handovers and team briefs ensuring maximum efficiency and communication. 
- Monitor business waste, compile and implement solutions for reduction of waste. 

About you: 

- Understanding of Food Hygiene and HACCP standards. 
- Strong problem solving skills. 
- Comfortable working within time constraints, able to meet deadlines. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Able to work within different areas of the business as successful candidate may be required to work in additional areas to meet business needs.
