Care Centre Manager (Nights) 

St Elizabeth’s is situated in 68 acres of Hertfordshire parkland between Harlow and Bishops Stortford – perfect for those traffic free, night time commutes. We support people with Epilepsy and other complex needs from the ages of 5 to 78 in our Children’s Home, School, College, Residential Home with nursing and Day Centre. Our bespoke service operates 24/7, 365 days a year and over 150 adults and children call St Elizabeth’s their home. We are an inspirational place to do great work. 

Position: Centre Night Manager 
Location: Much Hadham, Hertfordshire 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 44 hours over 8 nights – 4 nights on, 4 nights off (11 hours per night 8:30pm – 7.30am with 30 minutes paid break). 
Salary: £28,103 - £31,025 inclusive per annum

About the role: 

We are looking for an exceptional manager to join our dedicated night teams. You will work alongside another Centre Night Manager providing 7 day a week cover on opposite shifts. Working closely with our on-site professional nursing team and care staff you will ensure that essential communication & connection takes place between day and night shifts. You play a vital role in ensuring our residents have all the care required during the night by deploying our teams centre wide to ensure a safe, effective and efficient service. 

About you: 

You will have experience of working in a care setting and understand the specialised support that people with a learning disability need to reach their full potential. An effective team leader, comfortable working across professional services, you will hold a QCF Level 3 in Care or RMA Level 4.
