Position: Invoice Administrator

About the role: 

The Invoice Administrator will ensure that the AP daily administration duties are completed in a timely manner to support supplier payments and that the AR Invoicing team are supported on a daily basis. The role will also support the Payroll Officer during busy periods and annual leave. 


- AP weekly payment runs 
- AP statement reconciliations 
- Daily electronic invoice storage to DocuWare 
- Daily invoice input to BaaN 
- Supplier contact / queries 
- GRNI control 
- No PO No Pay audit and compliance 
- AP month-end reporting via excel 
- AP unallocated cash control 
- Postal duties 
- Filing and Archiving 
- Daily AR Invoicing duties 
- Daily AR invoice reporting via excel 
- KPI target achievement 

About you: 

- Previous AP/ Invoicing / Payroll experience is essential 
- Strong IT skills with efficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as financial/CRM systems 
- Experience using Baan & DocuWare would be highly desirable however not essential as training will be given 
- Attention to detail and focus towards accuracy 
- Polite but firm telephone manner 
- Flexible approach especially during the company’s quarter and year end accounting periods 
- Good verbal/written communication
