Position: Telesales Advisor
Location: Hanley, Stoke on Trent (Commutable from Stafford, Uttoxeter, Nantwich, Leek & surrounding areas)
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £17,000, OTE £23,000 per annum

About the role:

You'll create a great first impression on the first step of the customer experience. You'll be proud to explain about our services whilst promoting potential savings available, as well as answering any questions customers may have.
As the first point of contact for potential new customers through outbound calling (with some inbound activity) you'll be answering any questions customers may have. You'll build new relationships quickly, confident in your ability to put the customer first whilst developing, retaining and growing their business into the future.
We’re looking for people with a good track record of sales and ability to close deals, whilst building strong customer relationships. You'll be committed to doing the right thing and will make sure you follow our policies and procedures when completing sales.
Putting the customer at the heart of what we do, you'll have the opportunity to help us continually improve our customer experience by finding ways we can do it better.
