Salary: £58,000 - £65,000 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: South Manchester

About the role:
Do you have the passion and the technological skills to drive our digital agenda?
Reporting to the Director of Technology Services the Head of Digital & Data will build and lead a new team, and provide a clear vision for digital and data at Great Places.
You will provide strategic guidance on the role digital and data can play in addressing the need for transformation in modern business, proactively seeking out and bringing new and innovative ideas on how technology can better support and bring efficiencies to the business.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and / or have relevant experience and a track record of delivering digital transformation. You will have a passion for technology and a good awareness of the latest data and analytics tools, with the ability to simplify the complex and ability to adapt.
You must have proven management skills, both strategic and operational, and have experience of leading and developing a team and delivering a high standard of customer service.
You should be able to work flexibly on occasion and when needed outside normal working hours.
You may have experience of the following: Head of Digital and Data, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation Consultant, Digital Transformation Lead, IT Project Manager, Process Improvement, Project Management, Programme Manager, Systems Implementation, Change Management, Implementation Manager, Solutions Manager, Infrastructure Manager, Housing Association, Social Housing etc.
