Position: Production Administrator
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire (Commutable from Barnsley, Chesterfield, Rotherham, Worksop, Doncaster and surrounding areas)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £19k per annum plus benefits
About the role:
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Production Administrator to support our Planning & Logistics and Production teams. The role will provide valuable administration support and be responsible for the scheduling, production, tracking and documentation involved in dispatching orders, which is a vital role in ensuring that the products reach the customer on time.
In addition, you will manage the customer experience from the time their order is processed through to completion, delivery and aftercare. You will monitor all orders, identifying any potential delays and liaise with internal departments to progress customer orders.
We are looking for a proactive individual with experience of working in a manufacturing environment, ideally as a Production Administrator. With excellent communication skills, you will have a strong customer focus and be proactive with a willingness to find the information needed to complete your tasks. You must be well organised and effectively manage your workload. You will be a strong team player with the ability to work on your own initiative and a willingness to learn.
