About the role:

We are currently recruiting a Senior Customer Service Advisor for our Kimpton Road, Luton branch. The Senior Customer Service Advisor will greet all customers bringing their car in for service and repairs, confirm the booking details and track the progress of the job through the workshop.

The Senior Customer Service Advisor will keep customers up to date on the status of work being carried out, up sell additional work and products and answer any questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs.

You will support the Service Manager with resolving any customer issues, ensuring customer pre-calls have been made and that all paperwork is up to date for current and future bookings. You will provide an exceptional level of customer care at all times to ensure a positive experience and repeat business year after year.

About you:

- Proven experience of delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge and understanding of vehicles and parts
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships
- Excellent Administration skills with an eye for detail
