Position: Vehicle Painter 
Location: Thorne, Doncaster (Close to M18 with easy access to M1, M62 & A1) 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday (06:00 to 14:30 & 13:30 to 22:00) OR 45 hours per week; Monday to Thursday 06:00 to 16:00 & Friday 06:00 to 14:00 
Salary: £22,000 to £29,000 (dependent of experience and contracted hours)

About the role: 

If you are a Vehicle Painter then we want to hear from you. These positions are key to the ongoing success of BMW Thorne. 

You responsibilities will include: 

- Carrying out repairs including preparation, priming and painting to approved standards 
- Working on all types of body panels for repairs, replacement and filler work 
- Refinishing repaired panels and polishing post repairs 
- Maintaining stringent health and safety guidelines 
- Undergoing suitable training to support you in developing your long term career 

About you: 

- Track record working within a paint function of an automotive body shop 
- Relevant qualifications in vehicle body repairs and paint 
- Ability to work as part of a team with a strong work ethic / be prepared to carry out ad hoc tasks when required 
- Full driving licence
