About the role:

Staysure are the largest and one of the fastest growing travel insurance brands in the UK. With the amazing growth comes new opportunities and we are now looking for Team Leaders to join our contact centre operation in Coventry working part time to support our part time agents.

There are two key shift patterns that the successful candidates would need to be able to commit to, either day shifts to cover core hours of 10-2 or evening shifts covering core hours of 4-8pm. However we will require a level of flexibility across the trading hours of the business.

The core duties will include leading, supporting and coaching your team to drive their performance and support the growth of the business by creating and maximising high quality, compliant calls where the customer experience is at the heart of everything we do.
