Position: Family Engagement Manager - (Level 2)
Location: HMP Woodhill, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Job type: Part Time, Permanent
Hours: 26 hours per week, Monday to Sunday
Salary: £15,253 per annum (FTE £22,000) per annum

About the role:
As Family Engagement Manager at HMP Woodhill you will lead on family casework and manage Pact’s Family team, overseeing visits, play and children’s services.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable capacity to coordinate a broad service, as well as experience and understanding of working with families in a challenging multi-agency environment, ideally involving offenders and / or their families.
You will have experience of casework with service users, and of maintaining clear, up to date records. You will also have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding work load.
You will have the ability to contribute to planning and development of Pact’s family work and also have knowledge of safeguarding / child protection practice.
Furthermore you will have excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in build partnerships with a range of agencies.
