Position: Support Analyst

Salary: £18k - 20k per annum
About the role:
As part of a 20+ technical team and under the supervision of a Senior Consultant the analyst will be responsible for supporting our customers in all aspects of the Webaspx software. The role has considerable day to day variety including installation of systems at client premises, providing basic training, after sales support, providing full project consultancy support.
Projects will include:
Gathering of data required to design waste collection services, working with Webaspx customers to validate the data and ensure it is fit for purpose, advising Webaspx customers on the advantages of different options, design, evaluation and optimisation new collection systems, generating mobilisation reports. The role is particularly, but not exclusively, suited to those with a numerate or analytical background. Alternatively, it may be suitable for those who have direct waste collection sector experience.
Full training in Webaspx software and methods will be provided. There will be opportunities for travel within the UK and possibly in the USA.
- Probably educated to degree level
- Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to spot problems early and resolve them constructively
- Clear verbal and competent written communicator
- Attention to details
- A focus on good time keeping and cost management
- Able to travel within the UK when required
You may have experience of the following: use of Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Software Support, Software Training, Mathematical Modelling etc.
