They are seeking an experienced and skilled Database Manager whose primary responsibility will be to provide management and technical ownership of the Charity’s Fundraising and Services CRM systems.

About the role:
Managing a small staff team, the Database Manager will manage the workload of the team, ensuring the efficient delivery of the support service in line with organisational priorities; the resolution of support cases to agreed timescales and the provision of excellent customer service.
The Database Manager will also act as the business lead for Services and Fundraising, interpreting management information requirements, deriving solutions directly with users and managing the resulting technical development or implementation projects.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and able to evidence formal educational exposure to database systems.
You will have experience of database management in a multi user environment, with extensive proficiency in writing complex multi table queries and performing large data updates.
You will also be able to demonstrate strong staff and service management skills with experience of having managed and/or delivered projects.
Highly literate and numerate, you will have the ability to comprehend business needs and adapt technical requirements as required. You will also have good influencing and communication skills.
