Position: Talent Acquisition Manager / Resourcing Manager 
Location: Northern Quarter, Manchester 
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent 
Salary: Up to-£35k plus company bonus (up to 10% of salary)

About the role: 

They are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic Recruitment Manager in a stand-alone role within their Talent team. This is a hands-on role. Their new position will be responsible for the strategy and the recruitment of talent across their business, both UK and internationally, to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time. 

This is an opportunity for you to own and deliver your recruitment strategy – you’ll be part of a small Talent team comprising of Talent Strategy Director, L&D Manager and HR but you’ll have ownership of and autonomy in your recruitment role. There is a lot of variety in the roles you could be recruiting…. From (Market) Research Directors, to the Graduate Development Programme, to operational, technical staff and support staff to graphic designers. 

About you: 

You will have recruitment / talent acquisition experience ideally in-house or consultancy would be an advantage, with the ability to communicate at all levels and build relationships with candidates as well as graduates and senior graduates. 

You’ll know how to manage talent pools of passive candidates and build and implement innovative approaches to talent acquisition. In addition to this you will be highly motivated, well organised self-starter, with determination to make a real impact on business performance. You will have the ability to take both an operational and strategic approach to talent acquisition. 

Previous experience of international recruitment and recruiting in the market research, or related sector, would be distinct advantages. 

You’ll need to demonstrate a commitment to gaining a thorough understanding of the Market Research landscape. 

You may have experience of the following: Recruitment Manager, Resourcing Manager, Resourcing Executive, Recruitment Coordinator, Talent Management, Recruitment Consultant, Onsite Recruiter etc
