The Bromley by Bow Centre is a dynamic and innovative charity operating in East London. Over the past 30 years it has transformed the lives of people who come from some of the most deprived estates in the UK. It has achieved this by providing a distinctive, holistic and easily accessible range of integrated services in one place. Since 1997 it has worked collaboratively with the Bromley by Bow Health Partnership to create a new and unique model of delivery which has a holistic primary care operation at its core and it became the first Healthy Living Centre in the UK.
Position: Knowledge Share Programme Manager
Location: London (office and field based)
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 per annum
Benefits: 27 days’ holiday (pro rata), plus bank holidays and 3 days for Christmas/New Year, pension scheme

About the role:
The Knowledge Share Programme Manager will work closely with the Director of Knowledge and Innovation, SoIS team and with the Centre’s Chief Executive and the Health Partnership's Director, together with senior colleagues and external collaborators to successfully develop, grow and deliver the Knowledge Share and Exchange programme.
This new role, together with that of the Programme Officer, has been created through the generous support of the Health Foundation in order to provide the capacity to significantly development and growth of the Programme. The intention is for SoIS to play an increasingly significant role in the development of the Centre and Health Partnership, with partner organisations and the community, London-wide, nationally and internationally.
The role is both strategic and practical and requires the development of strong internal and external relationships to support the sharing and exchange of learning within the organisation and across a wide field of external stakeholders, collaborators and audiences.
You will be able to demonstrate experience in successfully developing an enterprise/social enterprise as well as creating programmes, activities and tools that share ideas and knowledge. The successful candidate will be skilled in creating programmes and activities that support organisational learning and development.
Exposure to the development of websites and social media communications and networks would also be highly desirable.
