A great opportunity to provide support to the Director of Corporate Services and support to the Director of Housing Care and Support Services for a registered housing association.
The Salvation Army Housing Association (SAHA) is a registered housing association providing housing and support primarily for single homeless people.
Position: Executive Assistant x2
Hours: Fixed-term, full time
Salary: £22,683- £28,069

About the role:
The main purpose of this role is to provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the Director. You will assist the Director in developing and maintaining documentation associated with Corporate Services, the role of Company Secretary, and facilities at Head Office.
You will work as part of the Executive Assistant Team, ensuring excellent communication links within the Association, and act as the principal minute taker for the Board, Monitoring Committee and Audit Committee.
You will have overall knowledge of social housing and the role of housing associations. A good standard of education, to ‘A’ Level or equivalent and WP/ typing speed of 60wpm is required. Experience of undertaking research would be advantageous.
You will be able to coordinate and convene meetings, to take minutes of meetings and to manage diaries. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to produce reports to a high standard. The ability to use Microsoft packages and Outlook is essential.
You must be able to work unsociable hours on an occasional basis.
