Salary: £31,396.00 per annum (actual)

About the role:
The project is across Kent Surrey and Sussex, ensuring the on-going engagement of a network of people living with dementia and their carers in the delivery of a dementia training programme called Time for Dementia. The project aims to impart a greater understanding of living with dementia for undergraduate healthcare professionals in collaboration with the HE KSS through a combined project team led by Prof Sube Banerjee.
The position reports to the Alzheimer’s Regional Operations Manager South East and will need to work closely with the Chair of the HE KSS Programme Board and the HE KSS project team; comprising researchers, the relevant universities, NHS trusts as well as other key internal stakeholders, as well as the Society’s Participation and Engagement team.
This post will be responsible for the line management of potentially two Project Officers as well as Project Support Volunteers and any additional volunteers recruited to support delivery of the projects across Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
Applicants should be educated to degree level or equivalent and be able to demonstrate experience of specialist dementia knowledge and User Involvement and applying it to the workplace.
