About the role:

Through our permanent and seasonal shops, and a growing eCommerce platform, our retail operation generates revenue that is directly invested into the care and conservation of The Royal Collection.

Joining the team at the heart of our eCommerce activity, you'll help to shape the strategic direction of our online retail.

You'll look to improve our overall commercial presence. Finding new ways to improve our online customer experience, drive sales, promote products and scope innovative opportunities for growth. With a diverse range of over 1000 products, you'll ensure they are presented in ways that appeal to our customers, with web content that's always rich with valuable information. 

You'll keep customers engaged and interested in our brand through our social media channels, including Instagram and Facebook and our own retail blog. 

And you'll manage our eCommerce Assistant; guiding, motivating and inspiring them to deliver their very best. 

But above all, in an environment that's constantly evolving, you'll play a key role in ensuring we're always ahead of the game. 

About you:

Educated to degree level with experience of working in the eCommerce business, you'll be passionate about taking your career to the next level.

A creative and concise copy writer, your attention to detail will be second to none. 

You'll be IT savvy, and have experience of social media, image editing software, and eCommerce platforms.

As a confident communicator you enjoy working with all kinds of people, and can quickly build great working relationships and know how to get the best out of people. Some supervisory, or line management experience would also be an advantage. 

You're at your best working in a team, but with lots of initiative you're also more than happy to work independently and can be trusted to get things done. 

This is a fast-paced, creative and sometimes pressurised environment, but with your ability to juggle multiple priorities and work flexibly, you'll remain effective even when things get busy.
