Pact is a national charity which supports people affected by imprisonment. They provide practical and emotional support to prisoners' children and families and to prisoners themselves. Pact offers support from courts to prisons through to resettlement and community work.
Position: Senior Administrator
Contract type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £19,000 per annum

About the role:
As the lead service Administrator you will provide comprehensive and flexible administrative, office management and compliance support, as well as data coordination and performance reporting from across the project from their ‘Hub’ in Bristol, in order to ensure the efficient delivery and continued development of consistently high quality, cost-effective and responsive services, grounded in Pact’s charitable mission, vision and values. You will also be responsible for line management of a part-time Administration Assistant who will also be based at the Hub. You may be required to provide management support to regional coordinators and support with project delivery as required.
You will be a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English. The ability to build and develop relationships with staff, volunteers, service users and other stakeholders is essential to this role.
You will have previous experience of collating and analysing data with a high level knowledge of data bases. You will also possess excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office packages.
Although not essential previous line management experience in an administration or similar role would be beneficial.
