About the role:
AJ Bell is now looking for a customer-focused individual to join them as a Dealing Services Agent, based in Tunbridge Wells. If you are someone who enjoys talking to people and delivering great customer service, this could be the role for you.
This role involves providing front line support via telephone and email / written contact for advisors who use the AJ Bell Investcentre product, as well as taking dealing instructions. You’ll also deal with any questions and queries that may arise, taking ownership and seeing them through to resolution, ensuring that you give the highest level of customer service at all times.
They are looking for someone who will be flexible and highly motivated, with the ability to work to deadlines and often in a pressurised environment. You will be a professional and personable individual who has the ability to communicate effectively, and who is looking to be part of a vibrant team. The successful candidate must have good IT skills (preferable intermediate Excel and Word). Knowledge of the financial markets would be helpful but not essential, as long as you have a keen interest and enthusiasm.

- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C (including Maths and English)
- Experience of Customer Services and / or working in an office environment
- A keen interest in the Financial Services Industry
- A passion for delivering great customer service
- An effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Able to work hard in a fast paced environment
