Salary: Up to £40k per annum

About the role:
LIMemergency (LIMe), an expanding division of LIM Group, has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, ambitious and inspiring leader, to join the LIM Group Management Team as a Business Manager.
As the interface between their technical home emergency claims team and their customers, the Business Manager is responsible for ensuring total excellence of service delivery and consequent development of their home emergency business. You will work alongside their sales and underwriting team to analyse market trends, competitor products and explore opportunities for growth, culminating in the development of the Group strategic proposition.
As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading their fast-paced LIMemergency Team, working closely with their Contractor Network Manager to maintain and develop their specialist network of independent engineers, exploring new opportunities for partnerships and growth nationally. Similarly, maintaining strong relationships with LIM Group’s brokers from a service and improvement perspective is essential as the face of their emergency team.
