Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Education (the Operations Manager in the first instance), the Education Officer is responsible for highest quality delivery of our Society’s international Education projects including the management of our online education outputs, e.g. online learning, on the ISUOG website.
The Education Officer will take a vital role in supporting the delivery of ISUOG’s education portfolio including online learning, basic training and the development of ISUOG’s online encyclopaedia and will have involvement with the education elements of our courses and Congress, by ensuring effective liaison with relevant committees and other key contributors to develop and deliver the highest quality education program content across all media: face to face, online and electronic. You will coordinate new projects as well as monitor and evaluate existing programmes for improvements. Growth and change is expected and encouraged.
You are a self-motivated, confident project manager with a good degree, an interest in health and/or education and with good technical competencies to support ISUOG in delivering the latest developments in face to face, online and digital learning.
Exceptional organisational and computer skills are essential, together with excellent English language and communication skills. The Society serves a truly international audience and a willingness to travel plus fluency in additional relevant languages are also an advantage.
