About the role: 

The Internal Converged Sales Executive is responsible along with the team in achieving published sales and profit targets across the Infrastructure, Security and Networking (Converged) revenue streams. It is essential that the individual as an aptitude for developing their knowledge in a range of products across Structured Cabling Systems and IP Based products covering their Security and Networking streams as well as their skills and ability in a sales driven role. 

Responsibilities: 

- Ensure all quotations and enquiries are maximized by: Ensuring cross / up selling is being conducted and that they are all followed up efficiently and effectively. 
- Increasing the number of customers who purchase across multi-product revenue streams. 
- Ensure that following training a sound understanding of partner vendor programmes and associated discounts are understood and retained. 
- Sharing of product knowledge to working colleagues. 
- Administration of quotations and orders including the registration of project opportunities. 
- Updating of the company CRM system as required to ensure that the relevant contact information is up-to-date where this is found to be incorrect, also to utilise this system for the setting of tasks. 

About you: 

- Previous sales experience. 
- Proven track record of consistently meeting / exceeding targets. 
- Experience in a professional sales environment where high levels of accuracy needed to be achieved. 
- Have a technical aptitude. 
- Work problems through to resolution on their own initiative. 
- Account Management experience desirable. 
- Data / Networking experience desirable.
