About the role: 

AJ Bell is now looking for a Business Improvement Administrator to join their fast-paced and growing organisation. If you’re someone who is a supporter of ongoing change and adaptable whilst providing a high standard of support, then this could be the role for you! 

The role will involve supporting the Business Improvement team with accurate capture, review and communication of change initiatives. You will be required to update and review change requests and backlog items within Topdesk alongside the Solution Delivery team. The role will also assist, maintain records and deal with any defects. Issues and queries identified with UAT testing. 

The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive approach, is self-motivated with a methodical mind-set and have a keenness to learn and develop knowledge and skills. You will also have good problem solving and decision making skills with the ability to compile and evaluate data for decision making. 

About you: 

- Office based experience 
- An understanding of the principles of stockbroking 
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written 
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail 
- An open and flexible approach to change and innovation 
- Able to work in a fast-paced agile environment 
- At least 5 GCSE’s A* - C, including Maths & English (or equivalent)
