Position: Business Development Executive / Telesales Executive
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00
Salary: £16k-17k per annum OTE £23,000 with uncapped commission.

About the role:
As a Telesales Executive you will use a consultative approach, with a natural ability to build a relationship and rapport with target companies. You will need to be experienced in effective questioning, fact finding, strong active listening skills and be able to create opportunities to provide a solution and set high quality appointments.
From the moment you speak to a customer you’ll be a key cog in building that relationship as the first step to spot and build sale opportunities. Upon understanding your customer, their business setup, problems, desires and need for a solution, you will book a time for a Field Sales Account Manager to visit and close the sale.
You will need to be very self-motivated / self-driven to achieve with a proactive attitude and a desire to succeed. Alongside this you will have some level of customer service experience, with hospitality, retail and customer service contact centre experience considered.
