Salary: £57,769 - £70,149 per annum
About the role:
Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SABP) is seeking to appoint a visionary Head of Digital Programmes to support the organisation at a time of significant transformation. This is an exciting role that will be involved with delivering a number of high profile transformational projects across the organisation.
Within this role the key responsibilities will be to develop and maintain the overall Digital programme, including the SABP Digital strategic and development plan as well as supporting or enabling projects, so that dependencies are managed and realistic plans are derived. Furthermore you will identify and clarify SABPs need for new systems, system enhancements and system integration in support of SABP’s strategic business direction, and provide project management services in order to implement the agreed system development plan.
You will work closely with the Chief Information Officer and others to develop the Digital Strategy and deliver a significant programme of work aimed at transforming staff, service user and carer’s experience of their services. SABP is committed to innovation and utilising technology to improve services; you will be key to driving this change.
You will be an effective leader and communicator building relationships, across SABP and the wider system, to support Digital delivery ambitions. As a PRINCE 2 Practitioner, you will have significant experience in Project and Programme Management, and experience of management in large NHS organisations. Experienced at compiling realistic multi-project plans and delivering to target, you will be able to setup and manage a medium sized budget, and develop strategies, policies and procedures.
