Salary: £41,693-£49,699 per annum
About the role:
Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SABP) is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Head of Digital Services to support the organisation at a time of significant transformation. This exciting role will be involved with implementing a new Service Desk function, developing, and providing effective frontline digital services that meet the needs of the Trust.
The key responsibilities for the role will be to deliver all major digital transformation systems and services that support the Trust, ensuring all customer service level requirements are determined, and that service level agreements, contracts and negotiations with both internal and external suppliers are aimed at meeting the needs of the Trust, by providing a value for money service.
You will work closely with the Chief Information Officer and others to develop the Digital Strategy and provide enabling digital services that support the effective provision or care to their service users. SABP is committed to innovation and utilising technology to improve services; you will be key to supporting this change.
You will be an effective leader and communicator building relationships, across SABP, partners, suppliers and the wider system, to support Digital Services. With previous experience in a senior IT management role, you will hold an ITIL Foundation Certificate and have or be working towards a more advanced ITIL qualification. Furthermore you will have experience of successful implementations of IT focused projects and knowledge of IT legislation and regulation, particularly with the NHS.
You will bring your experience of implementing high calibre service management and use it to drive SABP’s Digital Services forward.
