Position: Assessment Project Co-ordinator
Location: Manchester, Lancashire
Salary: £16,689 - £20,861 per annum
Benefits: includes a generous leave entitlement of 25 days rising to 30 days after a 10 year period plus all bank holidays, a generous pension scheme.

About the Role:
The Project Coordinator will arrange, support and project manage the delivery of assessments to CFA clients against a range of standards to meet business budgets and service level agreements inline with all processes, delivery targets, business budget, certification requirements and partnership agreements.
You will communicate effectively to all clients the requirements of their assessments, providing support, advice and guidance, maintaining service level agreements and as point of contact, diagnosing client’s needs and resolving them where appropriate. You will also produce progress reports providing accurate and relevant information monthly and at other times when required.
To succeed in this role you will have the ability to communicate appropriately and effectively and diagnose customer needs before taking action. With excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively and respond in a timely and professional manner, you will have worked in a customer service orientated organisation and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
